摘要
针对煤矿掘进工况复杂、危险程度高等问题,以某型煤矿掘进机为研究对象,分析了掘进机远程控制的组成及智能化升级的过程,设计了掘进机远程智能框架。基于控制原理设计了煤矿掘进机远程智能控制系统,对煤矿掘进机在实际工况下的前进、后退、转弯、铲板、截割、支撑等动作进行远程智能化控制。该研究为煤矿掘进机远程智能化控制提供技术支持及参考依据。
Aiming at problems of complex tunneling conditions and high degree of danger in coal mine,a certain type of coal mine roadheader has been regarded as the research object, the composition of the coal mine roadheader remote control and the process of intelligent upgrade have been analyzed, and the remote intelligent framework of the coal mine roadheader has been designed. Based on the control principle, the remote intelligent control system of coal mine roadheader has been designed, the remote intelligent control of the forward, backward, turning, shoveling, cutting, support and other actions under actual working conditions were carried out. The research provides the technical support and reference for the remote intelligent control of coal mine roadheader.
