摘要
针对矿用电铲气路系统在低温条件下结冰导致系统可靠性降低的问题,结合气路系统的工作原理和水气分离原理,对水气分离装置进行了升级改造。通过加装铜管冷凝器以及二级精密空气过滤器等装置,大幅度提升了气路系统的水气分离能力,解决了气路系统低温环境下冻结问题,提高了气路系统的可靠性。
In view of mine excavator pneumatic system freeze under low temperature causing the decrease of system reliability problem, combined with the working principle of pneumatic system and water gas separation principle, the water gas separation device was upgraded and reconstructed.Through adding copper pipe condenser and secondary precision air filter device, greatly improves the capacity of pneumatic system of water gas separation, solves the problem of pneumatic system under low temperature freezing, and improves the reliability of pneumatic system.
