摘要 快掘工作面属于独头巷道,通风回路不完整,风流分布不均。由于其掘进速度快、开采强度大导致粉尘污染严重。通过详细分析曹家滩煤矿122107快掘工作面截煤工序,总结出了快掘工作面尘源点分布以及粉尘污染原因。利用现场实测以及数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了快掘工作面粉尘的运移分布规律,并根据粉尘浓度分布的实验结果,设计了一种新型的高效阻尘降尘装置,从而实现快掘工作面粉尘高效治理。 The quick excavation working face belongs to a single-headed roadway, the ventilation circuit is incomplete, and the air flow is unevenly distributed. Because of its fast excavation speed and high mining intensity, the dust pollution is serious. Through the detailed analysis of the coal cutting process at the 122107 fast excavating working face in Caojiatan coal mine, the distribution of dust sources and the causes of dust pollution in the fast excavating face were summarized. Used the method of combining on-site measurement and numerical simulation to study the migration and distribution law of the dust of the fast excavation, and according to the experimental results of the dust concentration distribution, a new type of high-efficiency dust suppression and dust reduction device was designed to achieve efficient dust control in fast excavating working face.
