履带行走式液压支架极限爬坡工况设计分析

摘要 履带行走式液压支架是短壁房柱式、"三下"压煤、边角煤、不规则块段开采及安全应急救援的装备,可实现对工作面顶板有效及时机械化支护。在极限爬坡工况,支架的稳定性至关重要,要能够满足±16°巷道坡度条件下使用的要求。通过计算分析履带行走式液压支架在16°坡道工况下的稳定性,验证了16°坡道适应性。 Crawler walking type hydraulic support is the equipment for room and pillar mining in short-walling,mining under the village,the railway and the water,boundary coal-pillar,irregular blocks coal mining and safety emergency rescue, which can realize the effective and timely mechanized support for the working face roof. In the extreme climbing condition,the stability of the support is very important. It can meet the using requirements under the condition of ±16° roadway slope. Through calculation and analysis of the crawler walking type hydraulic support stability in 16° ramp working condition, verified adaptability of 16° ramp.
