摘要
为了满足8 m以上特厚煤层综采开采需求,设计了新型支撑组件。支撑组件主体采用焊接形式,既满足了轻量化设计要求,又提高了可靠性;支撑组件采用3段结构,提高了支撑组件的适应性,也缩短了生产周期,降低了成本;支撑滑靴采用锻件,提高本体强度。经过煤矿工业性试验,新型支撑组件使用效果良好,有利于特厚煤层采煤机装备的技术进步。
In order to meet the requirements of fully mechanized mining in super thick coal seam above 8 m, a new type of support assembly was designed. The main body of the support assembly adopts welding structure, which not only meets the requirements of lightweight design, but also improves the reliability;the support assembly adopts a three-section structure, which improves the adaptability of the supporting assembly, shortens the production cycle and reduces the cost;the supporting skid shoe adopts forgings, which improves the body strength. After the industrial test, the new support assembly has achieved good results. It is conducive to the technological progress of the super thick seam shearer equipment.
