摘要
针对榆北矿区浅埋煤层超长距离工作面液压支架选型设计问题,选取曹家滩煤矿122109工作面,综合考虑矿压显现特点和井巷施工问题,建立浅埋煤层老顶高位台阶岩梁液压支架工作阻力计算模型,给出了工作阻力计算公式,得到了放顶煤液压支架的主要结构参数,进行了现场验证,为该地区相似矿井建设提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the type selection and design of hydraulic support in ultra long distance working face of shallow coal seam in Yulin north mining area, choosed Caojiatan coal mine 122109 working face, comprehensive considered the rock pressure characteristics and mine construction problems,established a shallow coal seam main roof high steps rock beam hydraulic support working resistance calculation model, gave the calculation formula of support resistance, got the top coal caving hydraulic support′s main structural parameter, on-site verification was carried out, which provide the theoretical basis for similar mine construction in the region.
