摘要 针对软煤层掘进期间片帮问题,设计帮部前探梁临时支护,对其结构设计、加工及安装工艺进行研究,并进行现场应用。结果表明,该前探梁具有良好的护帮效果,可有效避免片帮对人员造成的安全威胁,保障现场安全作业环境,可为同类条件下的煤巷掘进防片帮提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of sidewall spalling during the soft coal seam excavation, designed a temporary support of sidewall forepole beam, studied the structural design, processing and installation process, and field application was carried out. The results show that the forepole beam has good sidewall protection effect, effectively avoids the safety threat caused by the sidewall spalling to employees, ensures the site safety operation environment, and provides reference for preventing sidewall spalling in the coal roadway excavation under similar condition.
