摘要
传统人工清理φ800 mm以上滚筒阻燃胶皮存在效率低、质量差、难达标等问题。通过分析传统清理工艺,设计了滚筒阻燃胶皮剥磨一体机,并详述该设备的结构原理及特点。应用结果表明,该设备极大地提高了工作效率,降低了维修成本。
The traditional manual cleaning of φ800 mm drum flame-retardant rubber has some problems, such as low efficiency, poor quality and difficult to reach the standard. Through analyzing the traditional cleaning process, designed a stripping and grinding integrated machine for drum flame-retardant rubber and described the structure principle and characteristics of the equipment in detail. The application results show that the work efficiency is greatly improved and the maintenance cost is reduced.
