基于CFD-DEM耦合方法的搅拌釜内固体颗粒分散过程数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 使用计算流体力学与离散单元法(CFD-DEM)耦合方法分析立式搅拌釜溶液内颗粒团聚体的分散过程。搅拌釜釜壁挡板迎流面呈现上下分流的流场特征,且发生流场上下分流的位置为搅拌桨的安装位置。以轴向分区颗粒数量分布方差为指标定量地分析了颗粒在搅拌釜内分布的均匀性。结果表明:搅拌桨旋转造成的涡流是促使颗粒圆周均匀分布的动力,而釜壁挡板造成的轴向流动是促使颗粒轴向混合的主要原因。提高转速可以提高颗粒在溶液中混合的均匀性,但是当转速达到一定数值时,颗粒分散均匀性的提高效果减弱。 Computational fluid dynamics and discrete element method(CFD-DEM) coupling method was used to analyze the dispersion process of particle aggregates in a vertical stirred tank solution. The upstream surfac of baffle on the wall of stirred tank showed the flow field characteristics of up and down diversion, and the location of stream diversion in the flow field is the installation position of stirring paddle. The distribution uniformity of particles in the stirred tank was quantitatively analyzed by using the variance of particle number distribution in axial zone. The results showed that eddy current caused by the rotation of stirring paddle was the driving force to promote the uniform distribution of particles around the circumference, and the axial flow caused by the baffle of tank wall was the main reason to promote the axial mixing of particles. Increasing the rotating speed could improve the uniformity of particles mixing in the solution, but when the rotating reaches a certain speed, the increasing effect of particle dispersion uniformity is weakened.
