《针灸大成》论治小便异常

An analysis of the treatment of abnormal urination by referring to Zhenjiu Dacheng

近年来,针灸作为中医重要组成部分在医学领域大放异彩,《针灸大成》是明代杨继洲从众多医籍中广泛参考吸收针灸学之论述,并附以自己的针灸治疗病案,编撰而成,从针灸治疗、针药配合等多方面对内、外、妇、儿、五官等各科疾病的治疗进行论证。目前,针灸治疗小便异常的机制尚未探析完全,因此,整理《针灸大成》中与小便异常相关的条文论述,探析小便异常的病因病机、治疗方法及针刺规律,为临床诊治小便异常提供了理论依据及诊疗思路。

In recent years,acupuncture and moxibustion has flourished in the medical field as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.Zhenjiu Dacheng(Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion)is compiled by Yang Jizhou in the Ming Dynasty by extensively referring to and absorbing the treatises on the science of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine from many medical books and attaching them with his own medical records of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The work analyzes the treatment of various diseases such as the internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,and ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology from the aspects of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,acupuncture treatment in combination with medicines,etc.However,the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of abnormal urination has not yet been fully explored.Therefore,it is of great significance to sort out the articles related to the acupuncture treatment of this disease in the work,to discuss and analyze its etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods and rules,which is expected to provide a theoretical basis and some ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of abnormal urination.
