早期临床康复护理路径对膝关节置换术患者自我效能及康复效果的影响

Effect of an early clinical rehabilitation nursing path on the self-efficacy and rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing the knee arthroplasty

目的探讨早期临床康复护理路径对膝关节置换术患者自我效能及康复效果的影响。方法以我院2018年8月—2020年8月收治的108例膝关节置换术患者为研究对象,采用随随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各54例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组早期临床康复护理路径。比较2组各康复指标改善情况、康复自我效能得分变化、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后,2组VAS评分均降低,KSS评分、ROM评分及Katz指数评分均增高,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,2组康复自我效能得分均提高,且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期临床康复护理路径可有效缓解术后疼痛,预防及减少术后并发症,促进关节功能恢复,提高患者康复自我效能、日常生活活动能力及护理满意度,对促进膝关节置换术患者术后康复具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of an early clinical rehabilitation nursing path on the self-efficacy and rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing the knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 108 patients undergoing the knee arthroplasty in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were taken as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received a routine care,while the study group received an early clinical rehabilitation nursing path.The improvement of the various rehabilitation indicators,the change of the rehabilitation self-efficacy score,the incidence of complications and the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased,while the KSS scores,ROM scores and Katz index scores were increased,and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the rehabilitation self-efficacy scores of the two groups were increased,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early clinical rehabilitation nursing path can effectively relieve the postoperative pain,prevent and reduce the postoperative complications,promote the joint function recovery,improve patients’rehabilitation self-efficacy,activities of daily living,and nursing satisfaction,and has a positive significance in promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing the knee arthroplasty.
