城市和农村公办幼儿园年轻教师职业压力的对比研究

摘要 教师职业压力状况直接关系到教师的教学积极性和教育教学效果的实现。利用问卷调查法和访谈法,对长沙地区城市和农村公办园年轻教师的职业压力进行调查,结果显示城市公办园年轻教师比农村公办园年轻教师的职业压力要大,并在教学工作、幼儿及家长、与同事和家人关系、社会地位与工资待遇等4个方面的维度差异显著。为此,教育部门应提高幼儿教师的社会地位与福利待遇,园所应适度发展、减少流于形式的工作、营造宽松愉悦的工作氛围,教师自身需正确应对压力,以克服职业倦怠,激发工作热情,促进身心健康。 Teachers'occupational stress is directly related to their teaching enthusiasm and effect.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigate the occupational stress of young teachers in Changsha's urban and rural public kindergartens.The result comes that the occupational stress of young teachers in urban public kindergartens is greater than those in rural ones,and they are significantly different in the four dimensions,including teaching,relationship with children and parents and with colleagues and families,social status and wages.Therefore,the education department should improve the social status and benefits of preschool teachers,properly developing kindergartens,avoiding formalism and building a pleasant working atmosphere.Teachers themselves should correctly deal witii the pressure in order to overcome occupational burnout,stimulating work enthusiasm and promote physical and mental health.
