便捷的水陆交通、相对稳定的政局、特殊的地理位置,使茶洞从清末到抗战时期逐渐成为清水河流域的物流中枢。物流的兴盛使茶洞人口增加、基础设施得以完善、行政级别逐步提升,促进了其城镇发展。抗战胜利后,外地商客和难民返籍,茶洞市场日渐萧条,其区域物流中心地位逐渐丧失,城市化发展放缓甚至停滞。

Chadong,enjoying convenient land and water transportation,relative political stableness and special geographical location,gradually becomes the logistics center of the Qingshui River Basin from the late Qing Dynasty to the Anti-Japanese War.With the prosperity of logistics,the town has met an increasing population,refined infrastructure,and better administrative levels,which all accelerated its development.After the victory of the AntiJapanese War,foreign businessmen and businesswomen and refugees returned home,causing a gradual depressed market of Chadong Town.Its status as a regional logistics center was gradually lost,and the development of its urbanization slowed down and even stagnated.
