构皮滩水电站升船机船厢下水和浮运技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 船厢安装是构皮滩第一级下水式升船机设备安装的难点。首先,阐述了船厢气囊下水技术方案,分析了船厢下水过程中的气囊和船厢受力情况,据此实施了增设移运托架和助浮气囊、卧倒门加固等措施;其次,阐述了船厢浮运技术方案,介绍了船厢下水过程中的质量控制及船厢下水浮运工艺流程,实施了浮运拖曳和入室定位技术。工程实践表明:该船厢下水和浮运方案安全可靠,可为类似船厢安装提供借鉴。 Ship chamber installation is a difficulty in the equipment installation of the first class launching type ship lift in the Goupitan Hydropower Station.Firstly,this paper introduced the technical scheme of chamber launching by airbag,analyzed the load condition of air bag and the cabin during chamber launching.Accordingly,reinforcement measures such as additional transport carrier and auxiliary air bag,and reclining door were implemented.Secondly,the ship floating technical scheme was elaborated,the quality control and the ship launching process were introduced,and the floating towing and entry positioning technology were implemented.Engineering practice showed that the ship lift chamber launching and floating scheme was safe and reliable,which can provide reference for similar ship lift chamber installation.
