摘要
为了揭示复合腐蚀环境下钢筋混凝土偏心受压构件力学性能退化规律,通过应力-腐蚀耦合加载装置,对荷载-干湿交替-硫酸盐及氯盐耦合侵蚀环境下的钢筋混凝土偏压构件进行质量变化测试和承载力退化试验。分析了离子浓度、干湿条件、荷载水平等因素对构件宏观性能的影响。试验结果表明:氯盐在腐蚀初期抑制了硫酸盐腐蚀,但是在后期显著降低了钢筋混凝土构件的正截面承载力,荷载对侵蚀环境中的钢筋混凝土偏压柱承载力劣化具有加速效应,荷载水平与承载力退化程度呈正相关的关系。该研究成果可为隧道衬砌等地下钢筋混凝土结构的抗力衰减评估和寿命预测提供参考。
In order to study the degradation law of mechanical properties of reinforced concrete eccentric compression member,the mass and bearing capacity of reinforced concrete eccentrically compressed members under load-wet-dry alternation-sulfate and chloride coupling corrosion environment were tested by coupling loading device of stress and corrosion,and the effects of ion concentration,wet-dry conditions and load level on the macro-performance of the members were analyzed.The results demonstrated that the chloride inhibited sulfate corrosion in the initial stage of corrosion,but significantly reduced the cross-section bearing capacity in the later stage.The load accelerated the degradation of bearing capacity of eccentrically loaded reinforced concrete columns in corrosive environment,and the load level was positively correlated with the degradation degree.This study serves as a reference for the safety evaluation and lifetime prediction of underground reinforced concrete structures.
