纳米抗体研究热点CiteSpace文献可视化分析 被引量:1

Bibliometric analysis and visual presentation of research hotspot of nanobodies used CiteSpace software

摘要 纳米抗体是只由重链可变区构成的单域抗体,是目前已知最小的功能性抗原结合片段,鉴于其相对分子质量小、稳定性强、结构易于改造等优点,近年来越发受到关注。本文检索了WebofScience检索平台核心数据库2005.01.01-2021.06.30有关纳米抗体研究的文献数据,应用CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件进行文献计量学分析和可视化呈现,了解国内外纳米抗体相关研究进展,探究当前研究的发展趋势和热点主题。通过对6357条文献的分析可以看出,纳米抗体相关研究覆盖美国、欧洲及亚洲在内的各个地区,是近年来全球共同关注的热点方向,比利时在该领域的研究具有一定的权威性。纳米抗体在感染性疾病、肿瘤类疾病和免疫类疾病的预防、诊断和治疗中的应用是当前主要的研究热点。加强纳米抗体相关基础研究,推进相关成果转化为临床产品,应用于重大慢性疾病或传染性疾病的诊治,对于促进抗体产业发展、完备国家医药储备、维护人民生命健康具有重要意义。 Nanoantibodies are single-domain antibodies composed of only the variable domain of heavy chain,known as the smallest functional antigen binding fragment.Due to their advantages of small molecular mass,strong stability,and easy structural modification,they have attracted more and more attention in recent years.In this paper,the literature data about nanobodies from January 1,2005 to June 30,2021 were obtained from Web of Science Core Collection database.CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used to perform bibliometric analysis and visual presentation,so as to explore the research progress,development trends,and hot topics of nanobodies at home and abroad by mapping technology.Through the analysis of 6357 articles,it can be seen that nanobody-related research covers various regions including the United States,Europe and Asia,and it is a hot topic in recent years.Belgium′s research in this field has a certain degree of authority.The application of nanobodies in the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of infectious diseases,tumor diseases or immune diseases is cur⁃rently the main research hotspots.Enhancing basic research on nanobodies and promoting the trans⁃formation into clinical products,is of great significance for promoting the development of the antibody industry,completing the national medical reserve,and safeguarding people′s lives and health.
