摘要
广州管圆线虫是一种重要的人畜共患寄生虫,其一旦感染人类等非正常宿主后,常引发宿主的嗜酸性脑膜脑炎等一系列神经系统性疾病。寄生虫-宿主相互作用机制是当前研究热点领域之一,其功能涉及多种转录调控和免疫调控,且多种细胞因子及相关蛋白的参与的过程。本文就广州管圆线虫感染宿主的免疫应答后,MicroRNAs转录水平及相关作用因子表达方面展开了综述,这为探索该虫感染后的致病机理和免疫应答机制提供了依据。
Angiostrongylus cantonensis is a key zoonotic parasite that is capable of infecting abnormal hosts(e.g. humans), and it often causes diseases of the nervous system, such as eosinophilic meningoencephalitis. Functionally exploring interaction between the parasite and infected host is a current topic of interest. This interaction involves various types of transcription regulation, immune regulation and the participation of various cytokines and related proteins. The current work reviews levels of microRNA transcription and the expression of related factors after the host immune response to an A. cantonensis infection. These aspects will provide a basis for exploring the parasite’s mechanism of pathogenicity and the mechanism of the host’s immune response.
