不同预处理方式对硬式内镜清洗效果的影响研究

Study on the effect of different pretreatment methods on the cleaning effect of rigid endoscopes

目的探讨不同预处理剂对硬式内镜清洗效果的影响,为临床预处理硬式内镜提供参考。方法将60套型号大小一致的器械随机分为4组,分别采用多酶清洗剂、碱性清洗剂、保湿凝胶和泡沫保湿预处理剂对污染器械进行处理,在预处理8 h、12 h后,用目测法和ATP荧光检测法进行检测,对比分析各组的预处理效果。结果目测法结果显示,泡沫保湿预处理剂组8 h和12 h后的内镜表面与管腔内壁清洗效果均明显高于多酶清洗剂组、碱性清洗剂组和保湿凝胶组(P<0.05);ATP荧光检测结果显示,泡沫保湿预处理剂组8 h和12 h后的RLU平均值均显著低于多酶清洗剂组、碱性清洗剂组和保湿凝胶组(P<0.001),清洗合格率均显著高于其余3组(P<0.05)。结论泡沫保湿预处理剂对于>8 h处理的内镜器械清洗效果有较好促进作用,值得临床验证推广。

Objective To explore the effects of different pretreatment agents on the cleaning effect of rigid endoscopes,and to provide references for clinical pretreatment of rigid endoscopes.Methods 60 sets of instruments with the same model and size were randomly divided into 4 groups,and the contaminated instruments were treated with multi-enzyme cleaner,alkaline cleaner,moisturizing gel,and foam moisturizing pretreatment agent.After 8 h and 12 h of pretreatment,the pretreatment effects of each group were detected and compared using visual inspection and ATP fluorescence detection method.Results The results of visual inspection showed that the cleaning effect of the endoscopic surface and the inner wall of the lumen in foam moisturizing pretreatment agent group after 8 h and 12 h was significantly better than that in multi-enzyme cleaner group,alkaline cleaner group and moisturizing gel group(P<0.05);ATP fluorescence detection results showed that the average RLU values of foam moisturizing pretreatment agent group after 8 h and 12 h were significantly lower than those of multi-enzyme cleaner group,alkaline cleaner group and moisturizing gel group(P<0.001),and the cleaning qualified rate of foam moisturizing pretreatment agent group was significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The foam moisturizing pretreatment agent has a good cleaning effect on the instruments that need to be treated for more than 8 h,and it is worthy of clinical verification and popularization.
