纳米银抗菌塑料砧板抗菌效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察一种纳米银抗菌塑料砧板的抗菌效果。方法采用表面抗菌性能试验方法,对纳米银抗菌塑料砧板的抗菌效果进行检测。结果常规配制的营养肉汤菌悬液接种在纳米银抗菌砧板上,对试验指标菌和食品相关4种试验菌均未显示出明显抗菌效果。纳米银抗菌塑料砧板在环境相对湿度35%条件下对稀释500倍及以上浓度营养肉汤菌悬液具有抗菌效果,但可能因为干燥条件导致细菌死亡。结论在本试验条件下,该纳米银抗菌砧板并未显示出相应的抗菌效果,纳米银抗菌塑料砧板的实际抗菌效果及其卫生价值的评价还有待探讨。 Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of a nano-silver antibacterial plastic cutting board.Methods The surface antibacterial performance test was used to detect the antibacterial effect of the nano-silver antibacterial plastic cutting board.Results The conventionally prepared bacteria suspension in nutrient broth was inoculated on the nano-silver antibacterial cutting board,and it showed no obvious antibacterial effect on the experimental index bacteria and the four kinds of food-related test bacteria.The nano-silver antibacterial plastic cutting board had an antibacterial effect on more than 500-fold dilution of bacteria suspension in nutrient broth under the condition of an environmental relative humidity of 35%,but the drying conditions might cause the death of bacteria.Conclusion Under the experimental conditions in this study,the nano-silver antibacterial cutting board doesn’t show the corresponding antibacterial effect,which needs to be further explored.
