摘要
目的了解医院环境中鲍曼不动杆菌的分布、耐药性及同源性,为制订有效防控措施提供依据。方法采用细菌分离鉴定和药敏试验方法,对上海市某区医疗机构住院患者周边环境物体表面标本进行检测与分析。结果该区医疗机构患者周边环境物体表面标本中鲍曼不动杆菌检出率为16.6%,其中70.6%的鲍曼不动杆菌为多重耐药菌。环境物体表面检出的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对多黏菌素B和米诺环素较为敏感,不同患者、不同环境中检出的菌株有部分同源性。结论该区医疗机构环境物体表面携带鲍曼不动杆菌比例较高,多数为多重耐药菌且具有同源性。
Objective To investigate the distribution,drug resistance and homology of Acinetobacter baumannii in the hospital environment,and to provide a basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures.Methods Using the methods of bacterial isolation and identification and drug susceptibility test,the surface specimens of the surrounding environment of hospitalized patients in a medical institution of a district of Shanghai were detected and analyzed.Results The detection rate of Acinetobacter baumannii in the surface specimens of the surrounding environment of patients in the medical institution of this district was 16.6%,of which 70.6% were multidrug-resistant organisms.The multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii detected on the surface of environmental objects were more sensitive to polymyxin B and minocycline,and the strains detected from different patients and different environments had partial homology.Conclusion The surface of environmental objects in medical institutions of this area carries a high proportion of Acinetobacter baumannii,most of which are multidrug-resistant organisms and have some homology.
