摘要 师德师风在教师队伍建设中具有十分重要的地位和作用,引领着教师队伍建设的方向。高校师德师风建设涉及诸多方面因素,面临一系列具体矛盾,只有在诸多矛盾中聚焦重点任务,破解痛点难点,才能有效提升建设水平。高校师德师风建设的重点任务在于:以学深悟透习近平总书记关于师德师风建设重要论述为根本遵循,强化理论思维支撑;以维护学校声誉和教师形象为核心防范化解师德师风重大风险;以强化教师职业责任为重心解决日常师德问题。痛点难点在于:加强对教师的日常教育和监督,让师德规范有效转化;构建合理的师德师风考核评价管理机制;与学校其他相关制度统筹配套、形成合力。 Teachers’ morality play a very significant role in the construction of teachers team, leading the direction of the construction of teachers team. The construction of teachers’ morality in colleges and universities involves many factors and faces a series of specific contradictions. Only by focusing on the key tasks and solving the pain points and difficulties in these contradictions can the construction level be effectively improved. The key tasks of the construction of teachers’ morality in colleges and universities are as follows: to deeply understand Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the construction of teachers’ morality as the fundamental follow, strengthen the support of theoretical thinking;To maintain the reputation of the school and the image of teachers as the core to prevent and resolve major risks of teacher ethics;To strengthen the professional responsibility of teachers as the focus to solve the problem of daily teacher ethics. The pain points and difficulties are as follows: strengthen the daily education and supervision of teachers, so as to effectively transform the norms of teachers’ morality;To construct a reasonable teacher ethics assessment and evaluation management mechanism;Coordinate with other related systems of the school to form a resultant force.
