混合所有制高职院校内部治理的内涵嬗变、理论依据与实践进路 被引量:7

The Internal Governance of Higher Vocational Colleges with Mixed Ownership:Connotation Evolution, Theoretical Basis and Practical Approach

摘要 混合所有制高职院校是构建中国特色现代职业教育体系的重要改革举措,需要从理论上对这一制度进行系统的研究。混合所有制高职院校的内部治理体系、治理目标和治理依据出现了内涵的嬗变,但参与式治理理论、产权激励理论和均衡博弈理论则为其提供了理论依据,使这一嬗变本身具有了合理性。面对这一创新举措需要对实践进路重新规划,应当从调解制度供求关系、确立主体间性的交往关系、探索"院为实体"的改革路径三方面进行,以实现这一改革举措在理论及实践中的意义与优势。 Mixed ownership higher vocational colleges are an important reform measure to build a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics. It is necessary to conduct systematic research of this system in theory. The internal governance system, governance objectives and governance basis of mixed ownership higher vocational colleges have changed in connotation, but participatory governance theory, property right incentive theory and equilibrium game theory provide a theoretical basis for it, which makes this evolution itself reasonable.Facing this innovative measure, it is necessary to re plan the practice approach, which should be carried out from three aspects: mediating the supply-demand relationship of the system, establishing the communication relationship between subjects, and exploring the reform path of"the college as the entity", so as to realize the significance and advantages of this reform measure in theory and practice.
