摘要
为了解决规模化猪场蓝耳病野毒急性感染的问题,试验采用流行病学调查法、酶联免疫吸附试验方法(ELISA)及实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)病原诊断技术,对发病猪群进行统计、解剖及抗体抗原进行分析。结果显示,紧急免疫蓝耳病ATCC VR-2332经典毒株疫苗,制定免疫程序,配合泰万菌素进行药物保健,2020年4月份疫情进入稳定状态:蓝耳病抗体S/P值主要集中在0.4~2.0之间,强阳性(S/P>2.5)比例降为0,且抗体的离散度、猪群的死亡率整体水平下降。结果表明,通过紧急免疫具有较高安全性的蓝耳病疫苗,加强生物安全及药物保健,能够有效控制蓝耳病野毒的感染。
In order to solve the acute infection of respiratory and reproductive disorders syndrome and pseudorabies wild virus in large-scale pig farms,the methods of epidemiological investigation,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)were used to analyze the statistics,anatomy,antibody and antigens of the infected pigs.Diagnostic processing shows that,by the emergency immunization of respiratory and reproductive disorders syndrome with ATCC VR-2332 vaccine,developing the immune procedure and cooperating with Tymomycin,the epidemic situation entered a stable state in April 2020:the S/P value is mainly between 0.4 and 2.0,the proportion of strong positive(S/P>2.5)decreased to 0,the overall level of antibody dispersion and mortality of pigs decreased.The results showed that by the emergency immunization of respiratory and reproductive disorders syndrome vaccine with high safety and enhancing the biological safety and drug could control the wild virus infection effectively.
