摘要
为了解新疆部分地区2019-2020年猪口蹄疫病毒O型(FMDV-O)抗体水平,笔者采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对采自7家规模化猪场不同类别猪群的414份血清样品进行FMDV-O型抗体检测与分析。结果显示,在414份样品中,81.88%(339/414)的血清有FMDV-O型的抗体存在,平均OD值为0.54。A~G猪场的阳性率分别为83.87%(52/62)、89.29%(50/56)、95.31%(61/64)、73.96%(71/96)、87.50%(42/48)、75.00%(36/48)、67.50%(27/40);C猪场的平均OD值与A、D、F、G存在显著差异(P<0.05);B猪场的平均OD值与C、D、E、F、G场差异不显著(P>0.05)。各类别猪群中,其中保育猪的平均OD值最高,为0.79,繁殖母猪的平均OD值最低,为0.34;种公猪的平均OD值与哺乳仔猪、保育猪存在显著差异(P<0.05);肥育猪的平均OD值与后备猪、繁殖母猪差异显著(P<0.05)。该结果可为新疆地区FMDV-O型的防控提供帮助。
In order to understand the level of antibodies of porcine foot-and-mouth disease virus O(FMDV-O)in some areas of Xinjiang from 2019 to 2020,the author used the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method to detect and analyze FMDV-O type antibody in 414 serum samples collected from different types of pig herds from 7 large-scale pig farms.The results showed that in 414 samples,81.88%(339/414)of the sera had FMDV-O antibodies,and the average OD value was 0.54.The positive rates of pig farms A to G were 83.87%(52/62),89.29%(50/56),95.31%(61/64),73.96%(71/96),87.50%(42/48),75.00%(36/48),67.50%(27/40).The average OD value of farm C was significantly different from that of A,D,F,G(P<0.05);the average OD value of farm B was not significantly different from that of farm C,D,E,F,and G(P>0.05).Among all types of pig herds,nursery pigs have the highest average OD value of 0.79,and breeding sows have the lowest average OD value of 0.34.The average OD value of breeding boars is significantly different from suckling piglets and nursery pigs(P<0.05);the average OD value of finishing pigs was significantly different from that of reserve pigs and breeding sows(P<0.05).This result can provide help for the prevention and control of FMDV-O in Xinjiang.
