摘要
目的研究回收浓水应用于医疗器械的清洗,探索浓水回收再利用的可行性。方法采用理化分析和细菌定量检测方法,对浓水水质进行检测与评价。结果医疗器械清洗用回收的浓水水质检验结果,细菌总数、浑浊度、臭和味、肉眼可见物、pH值、氯化物、硝酸盐、溶解总固体、总硬度指标均符合生活饮用水标准,采用浓水清洗的器械与传统自来水所清洗的器械在水质各种指标检测结果无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回收反渗透制水机浓水可用于使用后医疗器械清洗。
Objective To explore the feasibility of the recovery and reuse of concentrated water, and to study the cleaning of medical equipment with recovered concentrated water as well.Methods Physical and chemical analysis and bacterial quantitative detection were used to detect and evaluate the quality of concentrated water.Results The test results of the quality of the concentrated water recovered for the flushing of medical devices showed the total number of bacteria, turbidity, visible matter, pH value, chloride, nitrate, total dissolved solids, and total hardness were all in line with drinking water standards.Indicators of medical equipment cleaned with concentrated water and the equipment cleaned with traditional tap water had not statistically significant variation(P>0.05).Conclusion The concentrated water of the recycled reverse osmosis water maker can be used for cleaning used medical equipment.
