Analysis on qualified rate and influencing factors of soft endoscopes cleaning and disinfection

目的分析软式内镜清洗及消毒质量的影响因素。方法采用回顾性分析方法对2016年1月—2018年12月某院内镜中心18台软式清洗消毒质量和影响因素进行分析。结果2018年各类软式内镜日均使用频率明显低于2016年和2017年的使用频率。2018年的内镜清洗消毒合格率明显高于2016年和2017年。2018年日均使用频率达标率、清洗及消毒操作达标率、消毒剂浓度达标率、环境规范达标率和内镜清洗消毒方法掌握达标率分别为97.50%、99.17%、96.67%、97.50%和98.33%,均显著高于2016年和2017年达标率。结论内镜使用频率、达标率、清洗及消毒操作达标率、消毒剂浓度达标率、环境规范达标率和内镜清洗消毒方法掌握达标率对软式内镜清洗消毒合格率有影响。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of soft endoscopes.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to analyze the influencing factors of qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of 18 soft endoscopes disinfectors from January 2016 to December 2018.Results The average daily use frequency of various soft endoscopes in 2018 was significantly lower than the use frequency in 2016 and 2017.The qualified rate of endoscope cleaning and disinfection in 2018 was significantly higher than that in 2016 and 2017.In 2018,the average daily use frequency compliance rate,cleaning and disinfection operation compliance rate,disinfectant concentration compliance rate,environmental standard compliance rate,and endoscope cleaning and disinfection method master compliance rate were 97.50%,99.17%,96.67%,97.50%and 98.33%respectively.It was significantly higher than the compliance rate in 2017 and 2018.Conclusion The frequency of use of flexible endoscopes,cleaning and disinfection operations,concentration of disinfectants,environmental specifications,and the impact factors of endoscope cleaning and disinfection methods are important.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of soft endoscopes should be improved.
