移动空气灭菌站对烧伤科患者医院感染及临床转归的影响分析 被引量:2

Influence of mobile air sterilization station on nosocomial infection and clinical outcome of burn patients

摘要 目的探究使用移动空气灭菌站对烧伤科患者医院感染的控制效果及对临床转归的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,以烧伤整形科的50例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。放置移动空气灭菌站设备的普通病房及ICU病房设为观察组,未放置该设备的为对照组,2组病房均未使用其他空气洁净设备。比较2组患者的医院感染率、住院天数、是否使用抗菌药物等指标。结果观察组患者的医院感染率为53.57%,明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组病房内床头柜和室中心区域的0.5、2.5和5μm颗粒物含量比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者在年龄、性别、烧伤面积、住院天数、是否使用抗菌药物等指标无统计学差异;多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,是否放置移动空气灭菌站是患者是否发生医院感染的独立预测因素(OR=0.11,95%CI:0.02~0.60)。结论移动空气灭菌站能有效减少烧伤科病房空气中颗粒物含量,改善患者临床转归。 Objective To study and analyze the influence of mobile air sterilization station for the patients in the department of Burns on nosocomial infection and clinical outcomes.Methods 50 patients who were hospitalized in the general wards and ICU of the department of Burns and Plastic Surgery were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The hospital infection rate,length of hospital stays,use of antibiotics and other indicators of the two groups were observed.Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent influencing factors for nosocomial infection of the patients.Results The nosocomial infection rate of patients in the observation group was 53.57%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The 0.5,2.5 and 5μm particulate matter contents in the bedside table and the central area of the room in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in age,gender,burn area,length of hospital stays and use of antibiotics between groups.The mobile air sterilization stationin was an independent influencing factor for the nosocomial infection of the patients in the department of Burns and Plastic Surgery.Conclusion The mobile air sterilization station can effectively reduce the content of particulate matter in the air,improve their air cleanliness,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection among the patients.
