摘要 火不归元的原因有三:一是阴寒侵袭下焦,逼迫元阳外越,即"阴盛格阳";二是"下焦阳虚,津不上承,虚阳不敛";三是阴亏阳亢。附子引火归元之理:一是祛下焦盘踞之阴寒,畅阳气下行之道路,此法是针对"下焦阴盛,格阳于上,阳气不潜"而设;二是温下焦不化之顽阴,促心肾水火之交媾;三是化"阴药"以上济于阳,引阳火以下交于阴。凡下焦凝结不畅,阳气下行受阻均可导致火不归元,畅通下焦即可达到引火归元之目的,具体方法则须"观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之"。 There are three reasons for“failure of conducting fire back to its origin”:First,yin cold invades lower energizer,forcing yang to go outside,that is,"exuberant yin repelling yang".The second is"that yang deficiency of lower energizer makes fluid not moisten the dry tongue,and leads to inability of yang to astringe inward due to deficiency.The third reason is yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.The principle of conducting fire back to its origin of Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata):First,it can dispel the entrenching yin cold of the lower energizer and smooth the downward path of yang qi.This method is designed for"exuberant yin of the lower energizer repelling yang failing to hide."Second,it can warm the stubborn yin of the lower energizer and promote the connection of heart fire and kidney water.The third is to turn the"yin-nourishing medicine"to support the yang upward,and lead the yang fire below to connect yin.If the lower energizer is not smooth and the descending of yang Qi is blocked,the fire will not return to the its origin.If the lower energizer is unblocked,the purpose of conducting fire back to its origin can be achieved.The specific method is to"observe its pulse condition and syndrome type,know what goes wrong,and treat it accordingly".
