从痰饮论治哮喘气道黏液高分泌 被引量:2

Treatment of Airway Mucus Hypersecretion in Asthma from Phlegm Retention

摘要 痰饮是哮喘最为关键的病理产物,也是哮喘发生的重要病理环节。现代医学认为,痰由炎症因子产生,而气道黏液高分泌会产生大量炎症因子,病机关键为"痰饮伏肺"。中医认为,痰饮形成与肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调有关,小儿"纯阳之体",疾病易从阳化热,故哮喘初期可出现痰热壅肺的病理状态,应肺脾同治,可采用运脾泻肺化痰汤治疗,一方面清肺化痰止咳,解痉平喘,恢复肺的宣降功能;另一方面健运脾胃,培土生金,既泻肺,又运脾,可治病求本,从根本上祛除伏痰。 Phlegm retention is not only the most critical pathological product of asthma,but also an important pathological link in the occurrence of asthma.Modern medicine believes that phlegm is produced by inflammatory factors,while airway mucus hypersecretion will produce a large number of inflammatory factors.The key pathogenesis is"phlegm retention subduing the lung".TCM believes that the formation of phlegm retention is related to the dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney.Children are"pure yang body",and the disease is easy to occur due to excessive yang transforming into heat.Therefore,the pathological state of phlegm heat blocking the lung can occur in the early stage of asthma.The lung and spleen should be treated together.Spleen-Activating and Lung-Purging and Phlegm-Resolving Decoction can be used.On the one hand,the formula can clear the lung,resolve phlegm,stop cough,relieve spasm and calm asthma,and restore the function of dispersing and descending the lung.On the other hand,it can invigorate the spleen and stomach,bank up earth to benefit mental to purge lung fire and activate the spleen,can treat diseases from the root,and fundamentally eliminate latent phlegm.
