补肾调更汤治疗绝经综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Decoction for Tonifying the Kidney and Regulating the Menopause in the Treatment of Menopause Syndrome

目的:观察补肾调更汤治疗绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法:将100例绝经综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予坤宝丸治疗,试验组给予补肾调更汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后激素水平[雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、FSH、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)]、免疫学指标[白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)]及血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为66.0%,试验组有效率为98.0%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后E_(2)水平高于本组治疗前,FSH、LH水平低于本组治疗前,治疗后试验组E_2高于对照组,FSH、LH水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-2、SOD、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调更汤治疗绝经综合征,可增强患者的免疫功能、机体清除自由基的能力,从而改善临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Tonifying the Kidney and Regulating Menopause on menopause syndrome(MPS).Methods:A total of 100 patients with MPS were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kunbao Pills(坤宝丸,KBP),and the experimental group was treated with Decoction for Tonifying the Kidney and Regulating Menopause.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The changes of hormone levels[including E_(2),FSH,luteinizing hormone(LH)],immunological indexes[including interleukin-3(IL-3),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)]and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels before and after treatment were detected.Results:The effective rate was 66.0%in the control group and 98.0%in the experimental group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the E_(2) level of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,while the FSH and LH levels were lower than those of the same group before treatment;the E_(2) level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,while the FSH and LH levels were lower than those of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2,SOD,CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) in the two groups after treatment were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Tonifying the Kidney and Regulating Menopause in the treatment of MPS can enhance the immune function and the ability of scavenging free radicals,so as to improve the clinical symptoms.
