会阳穴主治规律临床文献研究

Clinical Literature Study on the Principal Treatment Law of Huiyang Point

目的:总结临床文献中会阳穴主治规律。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据学术论文总库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed中使用会阳穴治疗疾病的临床文献,并对纳入的文献进行分析和归纳,总结出会阳穴主治疾病和常用治疗方式、对照组设置方式,以及不同主治疾病常用配穴、针灸方法、治疗次数、治疗周期和临床疗效。结果:共纳入临床文献191篇,其中,使用会阳穴治疗泌尿系统疾病的文献占68.59%,其次是男科疾病占16.75%,肛肠科疾病占8.38%,妇科疾病占2.09%等;压力性尿失禁所占文献比例最多(16.23%),其次是神经源性膀胱(12.57%)、尿潴留(10.47%)、中风后尿失禁(7.33%)等;不同疾病的针灸方法、治疗次数、治疗周期及临床疗效差异性较大。结论:会阳穴可用于治疗泌尿系统疾病、男科疾病、肛肠科疾病、妇科疾病、神经系统疾病等,主治疾病有压力性尿失禁、神经源性膀胱、尿潴留、中风后尿失禁、前列腺增生等,常采用电针治疗,并根据不同疾病选择合适的配穴、针灸方案及治疗周期。

Objective:To summarize the principal treatment law of Huiyang(BL 35)in clinical literature.Methods:The clinical literature on the treatment of diseases with Huiyang(BL 35)in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database,the general library of Wanfang Data academic papers,the VIP Chinese science and technology journal database and PubMed were searched.The included literature was analyzed and summarized.The main diseases and common treatment methods of Huiyang(BL 35),the setting method of the control group,as well as the common matching points and acupuncture methods of different main diseases,treatment times,treatment cycle and clinical efficacy were summarized.Results:A total of 191 clinical literature was included.Among them,the literature using Huiyang(BL 35)to treat urinary system diseases accounted for 68.59%,followed by andrology diseases accounting for 16.75%,anorectal diseases accounting for 8.38%,gynecological diseases accounting for 2.09%.The proportion of treating stress urinary incontinence was the largest(16.23%),followed by neurogenic bladder(12.57%),urinary retention(10.47%),and urinary incontinence after stroke(7.33%).There were great differences in acupuncture methods,treatment times,treatment cycle and clinical efficacy of different diseases.Conclusion:Huiyang(BL 35)can be used to treat urinary system diseases,andrology,anorectal diseases,gynecological diseases,nervous system diseases,etc.,and the main diseases include stress urinary incontinence,neurogenic bladder,urinary retention,urinary incontinence after stroke,hyperplasia of prostate,etc.Electroacupuncture is often used.According to different diseases,appropriate combination points,acupuncture and moxibustion scheme,and treatment cycle are selected.
