大学生新冠疫情期电子产品使用及颈椎病调查及分析

The Health cognition and current situation of cervical spondylosis among college students during the COVID-19 outbreak

目的:通过对山东省内部分高校大学生颈椎健康状况的现况调查,了解新冠疫情期间大学生颈椎病发病情况,并分析电子产品对其影响,提出相应的应对方案。方法:2020年3月23日至2020年5月27日,自行设计调查问卷分层随机抽样方法选择受试对象进行问卷调查,采用“例(%)”和χ2检验对山东省高校学生在新冠疫情期间颈椎病的发病率以及电子产品使用情况进行分析。结果:共计收回问卷601份,有效问卷601份,结果显示,疫情期间有80.74%的大学生患有颈椎相关疾病,71.88%的大学生平均每天使用电子产品的时间超过6h,90.68%的大学生对电子产品存在一定的依赖性,75.21%的大学生在运动后颈椎症状可以得到适当缓解。结论:新冠疫情期间大学生颈椎病发生率增高与长时间使用电子产品以及缺乏锻炼等因素有关(P<0.001),需加大颈椎病相关防治知识的宣传力度,以减少大学生颈椎病的发生情况。

Objective:Through the investigation of cervical vertebra health status of some college students in Shandong Province,the incidence of cervical spondylosis of college students during the coVID-19 epidemic was understood,and the influence of electronic products on it was analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.Methods:From March 23,2020 to May 27,2020,a self-designed questionnaire was designed,stratified random sampling method was used to select subjects for questionnaire survey,n(%)and chi-square test were used to analyze the incidence of cervical spondylosis and the use of electronic products among college students in Shandong Province during the coVID-19 epidemic.Results:A total of 601 questionnaires taken back,601 valid questionnaires,the results showed that 80.74%of college students during the epidemic suffering from cervical spine related diseases,71.88%of college students use electronic products for more than a day on average 6 h,90.68%of college students has certain dependence of electronic products,75.21%of college students in sports after cerical symptoms can be properly.Conclusion:The increased incidence of cervical spondylosis among college students during the coVID-19 epidemic is related to factors such as prolonged use of electronic products and lack of exercise(P<0.001).Therefore,more efforts should be made to publicize the knowledge of prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis in order to reduce the incidence of cervical spondylosis among college students.
