高危型人乳头瘤病毒持续感染的分布特征及影响因素分析

Distribution characteristics and influencing factors of high risk human papillomavirus persistent infection

目的:分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染的分布特征与影响因素。方法:以2018年11月至2019年11月于山东省青岛疗养院健康管理中心和青岛大学附属青岛妇女儿童医院就诊的高危型HPV感染者为研究对象,随访1年并分析持续感染者的高危型HPV亚型分布及影响因素。结果:585例高危型HPV感染者,初感染比例最高的为HPV16型(24.10%)。单因素分析中,是否使用避孕套、性伴侣数量、生殖道炎症是高危型HPV持续感染的影响因素。结论:高危型HPV持续感染的亚型主要为HPV16/52/58/18型,且高危型HPV16/18/58型持续感染的风险性偏高。是否使用避孕套、生殖道炎症等是高危型HPV持续感染的主要影响因素。

Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of high-risk HPV(abbreviation HR-HPV)persistent infection in cervical lesions.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,patients with high-risk HPV infection in the health management center of Qingdao sanatorium and Qingdao women’s and children’s Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from November 2018 to November 2019,were selected as the research objects,and the distribution and influencing factors of high-risk HPV subtypes in persistent infection patients were analyzed.Results:Among 585 cases of high-risk HPV infection,the highest proportion of initial infection was HPV 16(24.10%).In univariate analysis,whether to use condoms,the number of sexual partners,and genital tract inflammation are the influencing factors for high-risk HPV persistent infection.Conclusion:The subtype of persistent high-risk HPV infection is mainly HPV16/52/58/18,and the risk of persistent high-risk HPV16/18/58 is relatively high.The use of condoms and inflammation of the genital tract are the main factors affecting high-risk HPV persistent infection.
