Objective:to analyze and discuss the relationship between febrile convulsion and common trace elements in children.Methods:62 cases of children with febrile convulsion in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research group, and 70 cases of children(control group)who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the research group, and the common trace elements of the two groups were analyzed. Results:the indexes of the study group(serum iron and zinc concentration)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the differences of serum copper and magnesium concentrations between the two groups were small(P>0.05).Conclusion:febrile convulsion in children is directly related to the common trace elements of serum iron and zinc, iron and zinc deficiency will increase the probability of disease attack to a certain extent.
