精氨酸与钴配合物合成及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探究精氨酸-钴配合物的制备与性能,以精氨酸和乙酸钴四水为原料,在水和甲醇的混合溶剂中,制备出精氨酸-钴配合物,借助红外光谱分析仪(IR)、热差分析仪(TG)、能谱仪(EDS)和扫描电镜(SEM)等对产物进行表征分析。红外结果表明合成产物与配体有明显的区别,配体与金属离子发生了配位作用;IR、TG和EDS等推测出配合物分子式为C_(6)H_(10)N_(4)O_(2)·3Co·H_(2)O。采用CCK-8比色法测定配合物对肺癌细胞A549的抑制效果,并探讨该配合物的抗肿瘤活性。细胞实验结果显示,配合物浓度为93.20μg/mL时,抑制率达到最大值49.15%,该配合物对A549具有一定程度的抑制增殖作用。 In order to explore the preparation and performance of arginine-cobalt complex,arginine and cobalt acetate tetrahydrate were used as raw materials to prepare arginine-cobalt complexes in a mixed solvent of water and methanol.The product was characterized and analyzed with the an infrared spectrometer(IR),thermal differential analyzer(TG),energy spectrometer(EDS)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),etc.In the infrared results,there was a clear difference between the synthesized product and the ligand,which indicates that the ligand and the metal ion are coordinated.The complexes were characterized by IR,TG and EDS,which infers molecular formula of the complex is C_(6)H_(10)N_(4)O_(2)·3 Co·H_(2)O.The CCK-8 colorimetric method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of the complex on lung cancer cell A549,and the anti-tumor activity of the complex was explored.The cell experiment results showed that when the concentration of the complex was 93.20μg/mL,the inhibition rate reached the maximum of 49.15%.The complex had a certain degree of inhibitory effect on A549.
