包埋法制备砷(Ⅲ)印迹聚合物及其吸附性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation of arsenic(Ⅲ)imprinted polymer by embedding method and evaluation of the adsorption properties

摘要 将等温滴定量热技术与离子印迹技术相结合,筛选出与砷(Ⅲ)结合较好的2,3-二巯基丙磺酸钠盐一水合物(DMPS),并以其为功能单体,砷(Ⅲ)为模板,采用包埋法制备了砷(Ⅲ)印迹聚合物。后采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、N2吸附-脱附实验对印迹聚合物进行表征。该法制备的印迹聚合物粒径约为1μm,比表面积可达1280 m^(2)/g。接着探究了印迹聚合物在最佳吸附条件下(温度为25℃、pH 7、初始浓度为60 mg/L、吸附时间1 h)的吸附容量为1.9095 mg/g,印迹因子为1.24,为砷(Ⅲ)的电化学或荧光光谱检测提供选择性材料,有助于环境中砷(Ⅲ)的检测及去除。 Isothermal titration calorimetry technology was combined with ion imprinting technology to screen out2,3-dimercaptopropanesulfonate sodium salt monohydrate(DMPS)binding well with arsenic(Ⅲ).Arsenic(Ⅲ)imprinted polymer was prepared by embedding method which respectively utilized DMPS and arsenic(Ⅲ)as the functional monomer and template.The scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and N2 adsorption-desorption experiments were performed to characterize the imprinted polymer.The particle size of the prepared imprinted polymer was about 1μm,and the specific surface area was up to 1280 m^(2)/g.Under the optimal adsorption conditions(25℃,pH 7,initial concentration of 60 mg/L and adsorption time of 1 h),the adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymer was1.9095 mg/g,and the imprinting factor was 1.24.It provides a selective material for the electrochemical or fluorescence detection of arsenic(Ⅲ),and is helpful to detect and removal of arsenic(Ⅲ)in the environment.
