北京市顺义区育龄流产女性短效避孕药使用现状

The current status of short-acting contraceptive use in women with abortion of childbearing age in Shunyi District of Beijing

目的了解北京市顺义区育龄流产女性复方短效口服避孕药(Compound short-acting oral contraceptives,COC)的使用现状及应对策略。方法对2019年7月至2020年7月在我院行人工流产术的1149名女性避孕现状及对COC的了解程度进行电话随访,同时对计划生育报表中留存的个人基本信息进行统计。结果参与者COC使用率为3.5/100,没听说过COC避孕的50.2/100,影响口服避孕药使用的因素有户籍、年龄、是否在职及婚育史。结论育龄妇女中,COC使用率低,大部分人对COC了解不够,且抱有偏见,对广大育龄期妇女进行COC知识的宣传及教育,指导其坚持和正确使用,降低流产率。

Objective To understand the current status and coping strategies of the use of compound short-acting oral contraceptives(COC)in women with childbearing abortion in Shunyi District,Beijing.Methods A total of 1149 women who underwent an abortion in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were followed up by telephone for their contraceptive status and their knowledge of COC.At the same time,the basic personal information retained in the family planning report was counted.Results Participants'COC usage rate was 3.5/100,and 50.2/100 had never heard of COC contraception.Factors affecting the use of oral contraceptives were household registration,age,employment status,marriage and childbirth history.Conclusion Among women of childbearing age,the use rate of COC is low.Most people don't know enough about COC and hold prejudices.The majority of women of childbearing age should be propagated and educated about COC to guide them to adhere to and use it correctly and reduce the miscarriage rate.
