摘要
采用干混法制备了NiB/Hβ催化剂,利用XRD,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征,并研究了催化剂的催化异构化性能及对不同轻烃原料的适应性。实验结果表明,NiB在Hβ分子筛上具有良好的分散度;NiB负载量为5%(w)的NiB/Hβ催化剂催化50%(φ)正己烷混合原料异构化反应适宜的条件为:反应温度310℃、反应压力2.0 MPa、氢油摩尔比3、质量空速1.5 h^(-1)。在该条件下,所得异构化产品的辛烷值为83.5,二甲基丁烷总含量约为13%(w),异构化烷烃总含量为73.6%(w)。NiB/Hβ催化剂对不同原料具有适应性,原料变化对异构化反应的产物分布影响较小,且该催化剂具有一定的耐硫性。
The NiB/Hβcatalyst was prepared by dry mixing method and characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR methods.Catalytic isomerization performance of the catalyst and its adaptability to different light hydrocarbon feedstocks were studied.The experimental results showed that NiB had good dispersion on Hβmolecular sieve,and the suitable conditions for the isomerization reaction of 50%(φ)n-hexane mixed raw materials catalyzed by the NiB/Hβcatalyst with a NiB loading of 5%(w)were found to be reaction temperature 310℃,reaction pressure 2.0 MPa,the molar ratio of hydrogen to oil 3,WHSV 1.5 h^(‒1).Under these conditions,the octane number of the obtained isomerized product was 83.5,the total content of dimethylbutane was about 13%(w),and the total content of isomerized alkanes was 73.6%(w).The NiB/Hβcatalyst had adaptability to different raw materials,the change of raw materials had little effect on the product distribution of the isomerization reaction,and the catalyst had certain sulfur tolerance.
