“双创”教育背景下表面技术专业人才 培养模式的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Mode for Surface Technology Specialty under the Educational Background of“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”

以四川工程职业技术学院为例,对表面技术专业的人才培养模式进行了探索和实践。通过校企深度合作,建立和完善了人才培养体系和人才实习体系,从课程建设、教学设计、考核标准、师资队伍、实训设施、科研竞赛、惩奖机制等方面分别进行了探索,形成了独具特色的人才培养模式。

Taking Sichuan Engineering Technical College as an Example,the talent training mode of surface technology specialty is explored and practiced here.Through in-depth cooperation between university and enterprises,we have established and improved the talent training system and talent practice system,the aspects of curriculum construction,teaching design,assessment standards,teaching staff,training facilities,scientific research and competition,punishment and reward mechanism have been explored,and a unique talent training mode has been formed.
