A Case Study of Future Community

浙江省作为未来社区的首批试点省,是为总结复制经验而先行,文章从之江未来社区的建筑场景、交通场景、邻里场景三个以设计为主导的硬场景发出,分析之江未来社区场景内部的建设方式和居民的生活方式,并对之江未来社区场景进行总结评述,为接下来的未来社区在国内的普及提供之江样本。

Among the first batch of pilot provinces for the future community,Zhejiang Province is the first to summarize the experience for copying.The article analyzes the construction methods and residents’lifestyles inside the scene of Zhijiang future community from the three design-oriented hard scenes of it:the architectural scene,the traffic scene,and the neighborhood scene.And the article summarizes and reviews the scene of Zhijiang future community to provide the sample for the popularization of future community in China.
