摘要
本文针对儿童在体检过程中面对的多种压力与不愉快经历,从情境认知的视角探索了情境创造在儿童健康体检中的作用。通过对具有情境认知特性的案例分析,作者分析了案例在儿童体检的不同阶段向儿童传递健康教育与健康认知的方式,从而总结归纳了如何运用情境认知的理论与方法,在体检的不同阶段改善儿童健康体检产品服务系统的设计,以期为构建体验良好的儿童体检产品系统提出具有实操意义的设计策略。
This paper explores the role of context creation in children’s health checkups from the perspective of situational cognition,in light of the multiple stressful and unpleasant experiences children face during the checkups.By analyzing the case with situational cognitive characteristics,the authors analyze the ways of conveying health education and health cognition to children and summarize the theories and methods of situational cognition on the design opportunities of children’s health checkup product service system at different stages of children’s medical checkups.Finally,design strategies are proposed for building a well-experienced children’s medical checkup product system.
