文化认同视域下高校艺术类研究生创新人才培养研究

本文从文化认同的视域具体阐述了地方高校艺术类研究生创新人才培养的重要性。文化认同是一种文化精神内涵,对应于人存在的生命意义的构建,是植根于个体并通过民族特性的遗传形成的具有共识的文化现象。在弘扬中华民族优秀文化的当下,构建具有社会效益和精神高度的人类命运共同体"价值观"核心体系,提升美术教育的社会意识,是艺术类研究生未来人才培养和教学改革的必然趋势,更是高水平大学人才培养的重要内涵。

From the perspective of cultural identity,this article specifically elaborates the importance of cultivating creative talents for art graduates in local universities.Cultural identity is a cultural and spiritual connotation that corresponds to the construction of the meaning of human existence,and is a cultural phenomenon with consensus rooted in individuals and formed through the inheritance of national identity.At the time of promoting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation,building a core system of"values"of a community of human destiny with social benefits and spiritual heights,and enhancing the social awareness of art education are inevitable in future talent training and teaching reform of art graduates.This is also an important connotation of talent training in high-level universities.
