学术图书馆出版服务模式与创新路径研究

Research on the Publishing Service Mode and Innovation Path of Academic Library

学术图书馆出版服务是学术交流和对传统出版渠道的创新,在调研现阶段国外学术图书馆与国内42所"双一流"高校图书馆开展出版实践的基础上,详细梳理了国内外学术图书馆出版物类型与出版服务模式,主要包括开放存取期刊出版、机构知识库出版、特色馆藏/图书出版、研究数据/网络信息资源出版。从出版物类型、出版量、数据出版平台、出版附加服务等方面对比分析了国内外出版服务的差异。文章对4种出版模式进行了剖析,并从出版内容、产品形态与传播渠道、发展机遇、可能面临的问题方面对不同模式进行了对比。借鉴现阶段实践经验,旨在为国内学术图书馆实施出版服务时规划创新路径。

Academic library publishing service is the innovation of academic exchange and traditional publishing channels.Based on the investigation of the publishing practice of foreign academic libraries and 42“double first-class”university libraries in China,this paper sorts out the publication types and publishing service modes of academic libraries at home and abroad in detail,including open access journal publishing,institutional repository publishing,characteristic collection/book publishing,research data/network information resource publishing.The differences of publishing services at home and abroad are compared and analyzed from the aspects of publication type,publication volume,data publishing platform and publishing additional services.This paper analyzes the four publishing modes,and compares them from the aspects of publishing content,product form and communication channels,development opportunities and possible problems.Based on the practical experience at the present stage,this paper puts forward the innovative path of publishing service in academic libraries in China.
