基于计算机辅助技术的自行车抱闸注塑模具设计 被引量:2

Design of Injection Mould for Bicycle Brake Based on Computer Aided Technology

摘要 以某型号自行车抱闸为实例,分析其左、右侧块的结构尺寸和外形特点,确定塑件的成型要求。利用模流分析技术,对塑件网格进行划分,分析左、右侧块的合理的浇口位置,设计一模二腔模具的浇注系统和冷却系统,并对注塑过程的翘曲变形、充填时间、压力等参数进行模拟分析。基于计算机辅助设计技术,通过Creo三维建模软件对模具的主分型面和副分型面、型芯与型腔和导向机构进行详细设计,并介绍模具的工作过程,为其他类似结构的模具设计提供参考和指导。 Taking a certain type of bicycle brake as an example, the structural dimensions and appearance characteristics of the left and right blocks were analyzed, and the molding requirements of the plastic parts were determined. Using mold flow analysis technology, the grid of the plastic part was divided, the reasonable gate positions of the left and right blocks were analyzed, and the gating system and cooling system of the one-mold two-cavity mold were designed, and the warpage deformation, filling time, pressure and other parameters of the injection molding process were simulated and analyzed. Based on computer-aided design technology, the main parting surface and auxiliary parting surface, core and cavity and guiding mechanism of the mould were designed in detail through Creo 3 D modeling software, and the working process of the mould was introduced. It provided reference and guidance for other similar structure mould design.
