摘要
通过聚四氟乙烯材料制备扩散膜,并研究扩散膜在渗透法配制标准气体的应用,探究不同原料配比、老化温度对扩散结果的影响。通过检测发生气体中各组分的响应值,分析扩散过程的稳定性和不同浓度气体线性关系。结果表明:不同的原料配比能够对扩散速率造成影响,老化温度升高会降低扩散膜的扩散速率。检测结果显示:发生的气体具有良好的稳定性和线性关系,可以满足使用要求。以聚四氟乙烯材料制备的扩散膜能够在渗透法气体配制中良好应用。
The diffusion films were prepared by polytetrafluoroethylene material and application of diffusion film in preparation of standard gas by permeation was studied. The influence of different raw material ratios and aging temperatures on the diffusion results was investigated. The stability of the diffusion process and the linear relationship of different concentrations gas were analyzed by detecting the response value of each component in the generating gas. The results show that the diffusion rate is affected by different raw material ratios, and the increase of the aging temperature can reduce the diffusion rate of the diffusion film. The test results show that the generated gas has good stability and linear relationship, which can meet the requirements of utilization. The diffusion film prepared with polytetrafluoroethylene material can be well applied in gas preparation by permeation method.
