丁红散配合隔姜灸治疗拇指屈指肌腱鞘炎的临床观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Dinghong Powder Combined with Inter-Ginger Moxibustion in the Treatment of Thumb-Flexor Tenosynovitis

目的:观察丁红散配合隔姜灸治疗拇指屈指肌腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例),研究组为丁红散配合隔姜灸治疗,每次灸3壮,以局部潮红为度,1次/d,共治疗10次。对照组为隔姜灸治疗,每次灸3壮,以局部潮红为度,1次/d,共治疗10次。治疗10次后评定疗效。结果:疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)示两组治疗后疼痛值均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且研究组VAS评分较对照组降低尤为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率达93.33%,对照组为76.70%,研究组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁红散配合隔姜灸治疗拇指屈指肌腱鞘炎疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ding hong powder combined with inter-ginger moxibustion in the treatment of thumb-flexor tenosynovitis.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly averagely divided into the research group(30patients)and the control group(30patients).In the research group,patients were treated by ding hong powder combined with inter-ginger moxibustion,and each moxibustion was 3Zhuang with local flushing as the degree,once per day for 10times.The control group was treated with inter-ginger moxibustion,each moxibustion was 3Zhuang with local flushing as the degree,once a day for 10times.The treatment efficacy was assessed after 10treatments.Results:The visual analogue score(VAS)of pain in both groups significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS value of the research group significantly decreased compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the efficacy of the study group with a value of 93.33%was significantly better than that of the control group with a value of 76.70%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thumb-flexor tenosynovitis is greatly improved with ding hong powder combined with inter-ginger moxibustion,which is worth popularizing and applying.
