10kV凝结水泵变频器故障分析及处理方法

摘要 介绍了一起10kV凝结水泵变频器跳闸故障,对该故障原因进行了分析并提出了将凝泵变频器移相变抽头由10.5kV改为10kV和调节变频器内部参数提升输出电压综合处理的方法。通过现场带负荷试验进一步验证了该处理方法的正确性,保障了机组的安全稳定运行,同时也为处理类似变频器故障提供了有力的试验数据证明和宝贵经验。 Introduces a trip fault of 10 kV condensate pump frequency converter.The cause of the fault is analyzed.Then,a comprehensive treatment method of changing the shift tap of condenser pump frequency converter from 10.5 kV to 10 kV and adjusting the internal parameters of the frequency converter to increase the output voltage is put forward.The correctness of the treatment method is further verified by field test with load.Through this method,we not only ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,but also provide powerful test data proof and valuable experience for dealing with similar frequency converter faults.
