摘要 MOOCs的不断发展促进了在线教育有教无类理念的传承,是教育与技术不断融合的成果。以英国开放大学开放教育资源的质量保障标准为典型案例,借鉴英国开放大学以及FutureLearn平台中所提供的在线教育资源质量保障参照维度,分析FutureLearn平台实际操作层面的质量保障制度与措施,梳理出开放教育资源质量标准认定机构、开放教育资源、支持服务、多元合作方等因素与学习者之间的关系,并以开放教育质量标签为参照,强调了建立MOOCs开放教育资源质量标准本土化必要性,以期促进我国以在线教育为主体的开放大学和终身教育资源建设持续发展。 The continuous development of MOOCs promotes the inheritance of the concept for education without distinction in online education,which is the result of the continuous integration for education and technology.This paper takes the quality assurance standards of open education resources in the UK Open University as a typical case.It draws lessons from the reference dimensions of online education resources for quality assurance provided by the UK Open University and FutureLearn platform.This paper analyzes the quality assurance system and measures at the practical operation level of FutureLearn platform,and sorts out the relationship among the quality standards of open education resources,open education resources,support services,multiple partners and learners.Based on the OpenupED Quality Label,this paper emphasizes the necessity of orientation for MOOCs open education resources for quality standards,so as to promote the sustainable development of open university and lifelong education resources in China.
