高校非学历教育课程建设探索

Exploration on Curriculum Construction of Non-degree Education in Colleges and Universities

高校非学历教育在完善终身教育体系、建设学习型社会中发挥着重要作用。课程体系建设是办好非学历教育的关键环节。根据非学历教育教学具有目标多样性和学习者差异较大的特性,以及其更切近市场的特点,提出了适应新时代发展要求的非学历教育模块化动态重构的课程体系建设思路,并以陕西C大学为例,阐述了在这一思路下非学历教育课程体系的建设实践。

Non-degree education in colleges and universities plays an important role in improving lifelong education system and building a learning society.The construction of curriculum system is the key link in running non-degree education well.According to the characteristics of non-degree education teaching with diverse objectives and great differences among learners,and its closer to the market,this paper proposes the idea of curriculum system construction of modular dynamic reconstruction for non-degree education to meet the development requirements in the new era.Taking Shaanxi C University as an example,this paper illustrates the construction practice of non-degree education curriculum system.
