服务设计视域下的历史文化街区公共艺术规划要素——以马来西亚槟城乔治市为例

Public Art Planning Elements of Historical and Cultural Blocks in the View of Service Design——Based on the case of George Town, Malaysia

历史文化街区既是体现城市历史文化及风貌特色的空间载体,又是体现城市空间品质及活力特色的重要场所。历史文化街区常面临着保护与更新同步规划的问题,公共艺术的专项规划可为传统历史街区提高街区空间品质,激发街区文化活力。立足服务设计的视域,以马来西亚槟城乔治市历史文化街区公共艺术为例,对历史文化街区公共艺术规划中人、行动、目的、场景、媒介等要素进行分析与整合,为公共艺术系统设计提供新颖视角,使公共艺术为社会公众和旅游者提供更愉悦的游憩体验。

Historical and cultural blocks are spatial carriers that reflect the historical culture and features of a city. Meanwhile these blocks play an important role embodying the quality and vitality of urban space. This kind of blocks are often faced with the problem how to develop planing of conservation and renovation simultaneously. Public art special planing in the blocks can help improving urban space quality and motivating culture vitality. In the view of service design and based on the case of George Town, Malaysia, this article analyses and recomprehends the elements of people, behavior, purpose, scene as well as medial in historical and cultural blocks. In this way it provides a neoteric perspective to systematical public art design so that the public and tourists could have a pleasant recreation experiences profiting from appropriate public art design.
